Capital Plaza, a downtown urban revitalization project located in the core of Concord's business district. The main purpose of the project was to rehabilitate the downtown Concord block. Yefim Massarsky working on the team with other talented architects, artfully maintained the character and heritage of Concord, while at the same time creating the efficient work space for the office tenants. The project included renovation of the State Block building as the new home office for Concord National Bank, preservation of the Hill Block facade, as well as construction of a new four-story, 380-car parking garage and a new five-story office and retail building.
