The new pharmacy on 1670-1678 Commonwealth Avenue, Brighton, MA was an adaptive reuse project of several commercial spaces that previously included Laundromat and several other offices. The site and the existing building were on the Historical Landmark list. We had to come up with a functional design and appropriate exterior façade and to satisfy the Boston Redevelopment Authorities guidelines. 

The result was a very successful blend of form and function and per numerous comments of satisfied customers and neighbors it enhanced the Commonwealth Avenue streetscape. 

In 2009 this building received a nomination as the Best of Boston in its category.
