We were hired to design the front façade to the owner’s existing plans. The pronounced front entrance with arched niche and substantial atrium window is counterbalanced by large window openings on both sides of the façade with elaborate stucco moldings. 

The window proportions and their shape contribute to the unified look of the house. We designed all exterior moldings, arches, corner stones and other elaborate detailing. Curved roof dormers added a softer touch.
