The Board’s recommendation was to preserve the architecture of the front façade to better correspond with the existing streetscape. Therefore we kept all existing elements of Garrison colonial home and only changed the front entry porch. The backyard façade facing the south-west is designed with more contemporary elements including larger windows and skylights. The First floor features Front Foyer with 2 story atrium, Living, Dining and Family rooms and a Kitchen with Breakfast area, large pantry area with separate storage room and Butler’s Pantry counter. The kitchen and the family room are directly connected to the deck facing the back yard. The Second floor has a large Master suite that includes Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Walk-in Closet and a Laundry. The 2nd Bedroom faces the street and the 3rd bedroom/office features a cozy balcony overlooking the backyard.

This was a very successful Design-Built project.  Because of our professionalism and attention to details and with great cooperation and help from the Owner we achieved a wonderful result.
