This was a Design-Build project completed in August 2015. It was a renovation project starting with split level elevated ranch, and adding the 2nd floor as well as enlarging the right wing of the 1st floor. Pronounced horizontal planes of the roof overhang harmoniously, and correspond with the entire design that seamlessly fits the site. Spacious and brightly lit interior spaces compliment the overall open plan concept.
